Descrizione

The primary role consists in the evaluation and development of preliminary industrial layouts, with focus on process cycles, material flows, plant logistics, and area reorganization. In particular:

He/She supports the industrialization of new product families by analyzing production needs, defining technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project targets in terms of quality, time, cost, and investment.

He/She evaluates the logistical impacts of new industrializations in terms of areas sizing and equipment, overseeing the related sourcing and execution phases.

He/She contributes to the optimization of existing manufacturing and logistics processes through re-layouts, internal handling improvements, and implementation of automated or innovative technical solutions

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering • Language skills: Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, combined with strong analytical skills; familiarity with Power BI and major AI tools is considered a plus. • Experience in CAD tools, and technical drawing interpretation. • Expertise in process optimization, layout design, and automation within manufacturing environments. • Experience in investment estimation for industrial projects (equipment, layout, handling systems, etc.). • Communication skills and ability to effectively present technical content and manage cross-functional interactions. • Team player with a proactive attitude, accountability, and leadership mindset.

Attività previste

• He/She performs detailed technical studies, including processes analysis, layout definition, equipment specification, and investment estimation. • He/She contributes to defining and standardizing best practices for process and layout optimization across projects and plants. • He/She manages the tendering process for suppliers, including preparation of technical documentation and evaluation of offers. • He/She conducts ergonomic assessments, layout feasibility, working cycles analysis, and supports the drafting of FMEA and Control Plans. • He/She coordinates and supervises on-site activities such as installation of new equipment, implementation of logistics infrastructure, and support to production start-up phases.
