Descrizione

Design and procurement of specific containers for quality components  maximizing transport efficiency, and optimizing storage

Requisiti candidato

• Ability to work in a team with the aim of achieving collective goals • Knowledge of iron workings and plastic process in order to decide which packaging is the better solution. • Knowledge surface coating processes such as plasticization and hot or cold galvanizing • Knowledge of logistics parameters such as: transit time days, safety stock, delivery frequencies (daily, weekly, etc.) • Use of CATIA software for simple packaging simulations • Microsoft office package: create graphs and excel, word and power point files

Attività previste

• Find the better way to protect vehicles parts during transportation from production sites to Iveco / FPT plants. • Evaluate solution between iron and plastic, where needed evaluate surface protection materials • Preliminary assessments of the investments CAPEX / R&D required for new models and/or new elements. • Organize Suppliers till the work is completed on time, in order to avoid costs due to the use of disposable packaging • Continuous research into new packaging technologies to improve Customer service
