Descrizione

The Manufacturing Engineering Quality Methods Specialist conduct tolerance stack analyses to ensure that product designs meet specified dimensional requirements and to identify potential issues that may affect product performance or manufacturability

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering • Basic knowledge and use of CATIA , Autocad and Office applicative. • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing • Knowledge of statistics and metrology • Knowledge of Italian and English languages. • Very good communication skill and problem solving • New technology knowledge bodyshop/assembly area (Spot welding , Co2 , Laser welding , Laser brazing , etc). • Availability to travel

Attività previste

Platform co-design active participation aimed to design for manufacturing and product/process cost reduction • RPS definition, pre-assembly methods and verification of drawing contents • Perform tolerance chain calculations • Definition of supports for the measurement of elements • Compilation of control plans • Drafting technical purchasing specifications for measuring instruments, gauges and measuring supports • Management of tenders , linebuilder tooling design and FMEA . • Management of site activity until to Start Of Production and production rump-up. • Carrying out repeatability tests on measurement supports and equipment • Analysis of dimensional reports • Summary documents of geometric analyses • On current product , plant support to identify new solution for product/process cost reduction.
