Descrizione

The sought-after figure will be placed within the engineering department, in the Powertrain group, to support the development team in defining technical requirements, participating in technical reviews, and assisting with quality-related activities. The candidate will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the reliability and performance of Powertrain systems in current production.

Requisiti candidato

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar; • Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written); • Knowledge of one 3d CAD systems available, preferable one is Pro-E; • Good knowledge of Powertrain products; • Knowledge of powertrain STD testing and implementation procedures and on team tasks for new engine systems development; • Ability to understand powertrain-related excitations and their effects on vehicles; • Proactive approach with powertrain system suppliers management; • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attività previste

• Supporting the creation of 3D models and drawings, contributing to Design FMEA, and gaining exposure to standard testing procedures. The trainee will also interact with suppliers and develop a proactive approach in handling technical challenges related to system development.
