We are seeking a Junior Cybersecurity specialist to join our IT Security team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for those looking to build a career in cybersecurity within an international company with over 35,000 employees. Our cybersecurity team at Iveco Group focuses on protecting various business areas, including Finance, Manufacturing, Company infrastructures and connected vehicles.

The team is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of data, applications, and infrastructures, maintaining high performance levels, and continuously improving the existing IT landscape in line with expected SLAs. This involves managing several external providers for both ongoing support and improvement releases.

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor's degree in technical areas (Computer Science, Information Technology or related field) • Strong interest in cybersecurity and/or application security management • Proficient in project management software tools or willingness to learn • Good understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycle with a focus on security • Ability to provide and prepare reports for IT users concerning cybersecurity • Knowledge of standard office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc. • Analytical and problem-solving attitude with a focus on security • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Very good English language skills • Positive attitude, high curiosity, proactivity, team player, adaptability to different project needs, and a strong interest in cybersecurity

Attività previste

• Participate in activities and meetings to collect business requirements related to cybersecurity • Support the Cybersecurity Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT security projects and application upgrades • Conduct feasibility studies for new security tools implementations • Investigate and recommend improvements to existing systems and operation methods to enhance security, integration, standardization, and conversion of new systems in line with company and group strategy • Assist in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for cybersecurity initiatives • Analyze current programs, systems, procedures, and practices with an emphasis on continual improvements in security • Manage the relationship with external IT suppliers concerning cybersecurity • Actively participate in resolving high-priority security incidents and troubleshooting assigned business areas • Build and maintain reports with KPIs concerning cybersecurity services and systems • Actively participate in communication campaigns from IT to company end users regarding cybersecurity awareness • Cultivate and maintain strong team-level partnerships between all involved actors, ensuring information flows freely between teams • Assist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues related to cybersecurity • Participate in regular status updates senior management regarding cybersecurity initiatives • Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers concerning cybersecurity solutions • Document processes, solutions, and best practices related to cybersecurity
