Descrizione

The resource will be placed in the Quality Department to support our manufacturing site in Turin, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Master’s thesis focused on a process improvement project.

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent • Ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary team and meet critical deadlines • Ability to think independently, communicate effectively and go beyond the limits • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Problem Solving knowledge: focus on Kaizen, PDCA, Quality Pillar • Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis

Attività previste

• Process management: o Audit management system in plant with the auditor team o Capability management to define the improvement plan o Monitoring of quality KPI, such as: FTQ, Buy-Off o Involvement of a dedicated meeting to implement Special projects in the manufacturing plant • New product Launch: o Collaborate with the Quality Launch team to manage new launches and documentation o Risk assessment on new product launch in terms of process and product o Involvement in cross-functional meetings to manage product improvement based on quality issues • Continuous improvement: o Daily / Weekly basis review of the KPI and KAI o Reporting and data management to Central Quality and the plant Director on a weekly basis
