Descrizione

The Quality System Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Product Development ensuring all processes comply with international standards and Company specifications. This role is key in ensuring product and process quality, collaborating with various departments.

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Quality) • Technical background with experience in a Quality / Manufacturing position • Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach and experience with problem-solving tools techniques (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc.) and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) • Knowledge of automotive industry standards • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional departments • ICT skills: familiar with Microsoft and specific company applications • High level of autonomy/self-starter with ability to drive results • Italian and English as a primary requirement. Other languages would be an advantage

Attività previste

• Quality Management System Maintenance: Definition of and maintenance of Quality System • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the key functions to ensure that quality requirements are met at every stage of the product lifecycle, from design to production • Document Management: Create and update technical documentation, rules, methodologies and tools (i.e. std templates, checklists, etc.) as part of the IVG Quality System, ensuring they are always accessible and in compliance with regulations • Training and Awareness: Provide continuous training to staff on quality systems, industry regulations, and best practices for quality improvement • Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Audits and Compliance: Plan and conduct internal audits, according to company procedures. Ensure that non-conformities are identified and addressed through corrective and preventive actions • Non-Conformance Analysis and Corrective Actions: support in product and process non-conformance reports, in corrective and preventive actions implementation, and ensure continuous improvement
