Descrizione

The candidate will be part of the Quality System Function that has the mission to empower Iveco Group’s value chain to apply optimal solutions in terms of people, processes and tools to overdeliver on customers’ expectations.

The candidate will be part of a team that will focus on Supply Chain to improve and standardise the processes related to supplier management, from the selection phase to the quality assurance of incoming components. Adequately supported by the company tutor, the resource will operate within a structured industrial environment, gaining exposure to cross-functional activities that are critical to maintaining high product and process quality standards across the supplied components value chain.

Requisiti candidato

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering; • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint; • Good knowledge of the English language ; • The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.

• How a highly industrialised company manages the acquisition of external goods in alignment with corporate standards; • What company dynamics and processes are in place to ensure the quality of supplied components and safeguard customer satisfaction; • How to develop and apply internal and external benchmarking to identify innovative methodologies and best practices, promoting the standardisation of tools and procedures across the supplier network; • How to structure and prioritize activities effectively to drive impactful changes within the company's supplier management structure.
